Introduction: Giant prolactinomas are rare pituitary tumours. They can present with visual field defect, intracranial pressure symptoms and even temporal lobe epilepsy. Impairment of higher cognitive functions has been reported postoperatively after trans-cranial surgery and following radiotherapy.
